PCMCIA Card Bus Installation?

I currenty have a Lenovo T60p laptop running Win XP, and I'm trying to install a PCMCIA USB/IEEE1394 combo Card Bus. However, when I pluged it in it gives a an error: "This device cannot start (code 10). Any help?

Answer:
Are you sure your computer uses PCMCIA? If it's newer, it's going to have an Express Card slot instead of a PCMCIA slot. Check the specs of your system to make sure.
You need to load the software before inserting the card. Check that the software is XP compatible.
