Can a web cam can connect to a TV having an AV in. If no how can i connect? is there any adaptors to connect?

You can probably connect a Webcam to the TV using some kind of Adapter. But this would serve no purpose whatsoever. Even if you do find the Adpater required to connect a Webcam to the TV how are you going to control the camera, like turning it on and off , adjusting it or taking pictures with it ?
Also, you will not be ble to see the pictures from the camera onto your Tv, without some kind of device inbetween the two that would allow you some sort of control over it.
depends what kind of webcam you have...on my webcam i cant do that
