Files you saved just copy and paste,programs you have to install them and change the letter during the installation to d:
drag and drop .. but if ur talking about installed programs that will not work because of the registry entries pointing to its original location ... u would need to uninstall applications and reinstall in the new location ..
I'm going to guess since you said "already installed", that you want programs to run from the D drive instead of the C drive. Unless the D drive is a different physical drive, not a partition it cannot be done without reinstalling the programs. If D is a different drive, it is possible to clone the entire C drive to the D drive. If this is what you had in mind, do a search for xxclone, it's free and works.
