Why do i always get this message?

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'www.skybroadband.com', Server: 'www.skybroadband.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E.
Everytime i try to send an email to somebody dis message comes up. Also i am unable to receive messages. Even if the source e.g. Ebay says they have sent a message it doesn't come through. As u may assume i have Sky Broadband. Does anybody else have this same problem? If it can't be solved is it possible to sign with yahoo mail to send and receive messages instead?
thx

Answers:
Call Skybroadband , something is wrong with your e-mail settings for the pop server. In fact, I see a problem already, a pop server (in your e-mail software) should never be set to WWW.company.com it is something else.
I would switch to Yahoo mail in 10yrs I've only had one problem.
Easy to do use the link below
http://www.yahoo.com/
