Hi is it possible to use my Xbox 360 HD-DVD add-on "connect" to my Microsoft Windows XP computer?

My Microsoft Window XP it is 3 or 4 yrs old & it only supports CD & PC Games. Do I have to buy a cables? Please let me know & I will reward you 10 points. Thank you!
