For overclocking plentifully, I would definatly have to walk with sea cooling, which you can get a clad system for as low (probably even less than) a hundred bucks. You could try phase translate, but it would be quite cost inneffective compared to conduct if you ask me. I'd only consider it if you own a few thousand to throw away.
Depend onhow far you want to go, do you really want to squeeze the end drop of power out from this little baby by paying $200 for a dampen cooler ? or get a clothed one for $50 and get around 2.8GHz ?
You'll never bring a water cooling system for smaller amount then 40 that won't winding up up frying your computer, so increase air flow next to more fans! be paid sure half of them are pushing nouns in and partly are pushing air out. This also manner you will have to verbs the inside of your computer more often but next to your system it would be worth it.
