Can I use a microsoft wireless keyboard & mouse with a mac G-5?

if it comes with a USB adapter or has bluetooth, sure!

I use a logitech wireless mouse via bluetooth usb adapter on my g5.

I also use an apple keyboard (wireless) and a MS natural keyboard.

my g5 didn't come with built in bluetooth.
