There is a cable (connecting the phone & computer) plus a phone manager manual in the original package.I've tried to connect them and saved the whole manual into the pc.But still,I could not connect the phone with the pc.(there was no signal or anyting indicating they are connected) Does anyone know how to transfer the pics to a pc?

Just send them as a pics message to your email, when you send it, just text in the email address instead of a phone number...that has worked for me.

Yup. If you're somewhat computer-savvy, try bitpim (bitpim.org), which is a program that will allow you to do exactly what you want, and then some (add home-made ringtones, pictures, etc.)
