Uninstalling XP w/o the disc?

My friend have brought over his copy of XP Pro, and the trial period wore rotten, and I would rather save using my copy of XP Home which is still installed. Is there any track to get rid of Pro if I don't hold the CD?

If you want to remove it from the window boot menu, here are the instructions to edit it:
