You can do it by scanning it through a good antivirus. And if this drive doesn't contain any valuable data then you can format it.
have whatever your Anti-Virus program is, scan that drive. Or if you know the file the trojan is in, just delete it and empty your recycling bin ASAP
My husband and I have had a run in with that nasty little virus. Our Spybot and Ad Aware would not catch it. We finally found AVG free edition, it is a GREAT anti virus. This solved our problem with the Trojan Horse. You should be able to scan the usb drive with AVG and it should take care of the problem. If interested in AVG you can download the free edition here:
