You can do it by scanning it through a honourable antivirus. And if this drive doesn't contain any valuable notes then you can format it.
own whatever your Anti-Virus program is, scan that drive. Or if you know the profile the trojan is in, of late delete it and empty your recycle bin ASAP
My husband and I have have a run in beside that nasty little virus. Our Spybot and Ad Aware would not ambush it. We finally found AVG free edition, it is a GREAT anti virus. This solved our problem with the Trojan Horse. You should be capable of scan the usb drive with AVG and it should rob care of the problem.
