Windows Music No Cost for CDs?

My new laptop computer came with Windows (Vista) Music storage-and has a burner feature. Does this mean i can burn CDs at no cost?

Answers:
The only cost of burning CDs is the cost of the CDs themselves. Well, unless you count the music you have to buy and the cost of electricity for running your laptop. And CDs are so cheap nowadays, it's negligible.
Burning CDs and downloading the audio files are different. Burning is free, if your paying for "burning"... cmon man, ill burn it for u for half the price lol, seriously, dont pay anything, download everything, theres a way.
