Is there any way to hook a normal camera phone up to a computer to make it a webcam?

No actually you need an extra device that connects the phone camera as a web cam on a pc, in most cases they don't exist or are really expensive, although I would check ebay if you insist. What I recommend you do is to record videos from your mobile phone and then copy them to a pc folder and show them in your msn as if you were lively connected with this program http://www.fakewebcam.com/download/setup...
I hope this will do the trick, the program will install virtual hardware to view videos through messenger programs and such as if you had a real webcam...
And don't worry about any virus or stuff like that, the program actually works and is free of any ware stuff.
With your phone, the answer is no.
