I need help with my flashdrive!?

I saved a file to it, and I want to open it, but when you right click it, or souble click, it says save? and then I press that and nothing happens, and I need it open by today.. I also keep pressing open with

ex: open with paint, but it dosent work.

anyone know whats wrong?

DRAG IT OUT OF THE PC AND THEN TRY MEANING TAKE IT OUT OF THE DRIVE AND BUT IN ON THE COMPUTERS DRIVE SEE IF THAT WORKS IF NOT THE FILE IS CORRUPTED AND YOU WONT ACHIVE ANYTHNG BY OPENING WITH PAINT B/C THEY HAVE DIFFERENT FORMATS.TRY NOTEPAD OT RICH DOCUMENT...
u need to try if u can get that file out of the flash drive.. i believe u had some unsaved version of the file and the system is recognizing that and askin u to get that saved.. try copiying to ur hard drive and see if u can open.. if not then leave it.. its gone..
is it reading the flashdrive or the copy of the file that you made earler
