Graphics card question?
Answers:
There are 3 types of slots used for a graphic card; PCI; AGP; and PCI express x16. Check your computer to determine the type of graphics slot your computer used. A faster buss speed is better. This makes the PCI express x16 the best slot to use if your computer has one.

PCI 132 MB/s
AGP 4X 1,066 MB/s
AGP 8X 2,100 MB/s
PCI Express 16x 8000 MB/s
Performance specifications for an AGP 4x/8x card are when installed into an AGP 8x slot. If the AGP 4x/8x card is installed in an AGP 4X slot, it performance will be about half the performance it would have if plugged in a 8x slot.
