I just want to know which of these have 24 bit true color mode and which have 32 bit true color mode?

845G - has Extreme Graphics that support 8/16/32 bit color
865G- has Extreme Graphics 2 that supports 8/16/32bit color
945G- has GMA 950 that supports 16/32bit color
Intel 815, 845, 965 and 945 are basically chipset series, but I am 99% sure that if these motherboards have an integrated graphic controller all of them would support 32 bit color. Ofc in the video options you can set it to 24 bit if you want, it is backward compatible.
