Shader Model 3.0?

I enjoy Tom Clancy's rainbow six vegas and my graphics card Nvidia 6800 does not support Shader Model 3.0 but instead it supports Shader model 2.0.... does anyone know how to upgrade it??

6800 supports 3.0

Get new drivers forceware 8 something for them.
If you hold done that already,

Uninstall drivers, remove card,insert card,then install drivers,breed sure you remove card from device manager too.
This function is built into the GPU - Get yourself a untried card.
