Thank you for giving me such a challenge. I almost give up searching but at later I found only 1.
The MSI NX8500GT-MTD256EH GeForce 8500GT 256MB PCI-e card at Newegg.com. Now it doesn't vote that it is a low profile card but i looked at the pictures and you could definitely swap out the expansion plate for a low profile plate using XFX's Low Profile Double/Single Bracket Kit at Tigerdirect.com, adjectives you need to do is unscrew the s-video plug and unscrew the DVI connectors from the stock plate. The 8500gt from MSI have an HDMI output (wicked cool), that doesn't correspond to the XFX bracket, so you'll have to dremmel the s-video port on the XFX bracket a moment or two or anything else that would make it wider to fit the HDMI output. after that you simply 'pop' the XFX bracket onto the MSI card and re-screw everything and pop in into your system!
It may nouns hard but it's in truth very glib.
