Trouble hooking up speakers?

I am trying to hook up two small speakers and a subwoofer to my computer. It's pretty straightforward, since my hoary speakers use the same type of setup, beside all the wires surrounded by the same place, even the colorscheme is matching (except my old ones have no subwoofer). I get it adjectives ready, turn it on and adjectives I can hear is a loud buzzing noise, close to amp feedback. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Answer:
Five year old Little Johnny be lost, so he went up to a policeman and said, "I've lost my dad!"

The policeman said, "What's he approaching?"

Little Johnny replied, "Beer and women!"
