Which dvd player external individual i should buy for my workstation?

newly asking

Answer:
They are all pretty apposite and will do the job as far as record Cd's and DVD's.

Things to look for are the speed at which they write. I wouldn't buy anything that writes to a DVD disk slower than 16x. Check also for bundled software. If the drive comes bundled with Nero that's biddable. Another thing to see for is noise. Some cheap drives are so thunderous that they distract from any movie that you may be watching on your PC. Some Toshiba drives that I've seen are rather noisy.

If you find a drive that you deliberate you would like, do a Google search out on the drive's model number and see if you can find some reviews from people who own already purchased that particular drive.

But to answer your initial cross-question I've had perfect luck with Plexor, Sony, and LG drives. These should be logically priced now that the Blue Ray and HD-DVD drives are starting to hit the open market.

Happy Shopping!
Good luck,
