I have one logitech's web cam.after i reformatted my system its not working.no instalation cd with me.?

i dont know the model no also.so i cud nt download from logitech's site

Without model number you can not get the driver. I am sure if look hard, you will find model number on your webcam. Or search logiteck site for products and match your webcam by appearance.
go to the Manufacturers website and click on support or downloads and use your model number to get the Drivers for your webcam.
i.e.

I had that same problem too. I had to buy a new Cam. Only this time, I bought one with a CD rom.
