a modem take a digital signal and MODulates it into an audible sound that can be transmitted over a receiver line and the reception end DEModulates the nouns and turns it back into a digital signal. (modulate/demodulate -- modem for short)

As far as you're concerned a voice modem _is_ a modem. The voice flap just specifies that the modem is able of being used as a speakerphone/answering electrical device through your PC.
For small businesses sake, please try to find one at any generic local computer repair shop.
or failing that, go check out Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Circut City, Frys, etc.
No insult intended but if you did not know what this is contained by the first place, your best bet is probably to get a USB base voice modem because of the ease of installation. You should be capable of do the USB based install yourself.
The other giving of modem would require you to crack open your comptuer valise, and you obviously enjoy no business doing that.
