How do i add programs to my external hard drive. Not the shortcut.?

Answers:
you have to change the drive path when you install the program, you can't do it after.
Do u mean you want to copy the contents to an external hard drive?

pls specify
change the install path from c:\program files\ when installing the programs to d:\program files\
when you install them, just browse to your ext. drive as the install folder.
Simply connect this drive and then when you run the install program specify the external drive as the install location.
When ever you want to copy/move/create shortcuts always use the right mouse button - cause it will ask you want you want to do!

In general if you drag it using the left mouse then:
On the same drive it will move it
On a different drive it will copy it
