i bought a phone with a 512 memory sandisk thingy,i formatted it and noew i cant get it to recognise the card.i treid copying files from the same kind of stick but its not letting me,can anyone help

Sounds like you've already done this but here's what happened to me. Bought a new 1gb card for my phone. Worked fine for a week then stopped responding. Put it into my computer and reformatted it and then worked fine.
what did you use in formating? if you use your computer maybe you format your memory card in the wrong format.
