How do i convert old analogue casette tapes to cd,s?
Answer:
Go to the website below and purchase audio cleaning lab.
if you have a getto blaster for want of a better word you can do it this way alternativly down load the songs from something like lime wire or other sites instead
you will need a mp10 card on your computer
with the help of that you can easily convert it
Plug a stereo cable from the headphone socket of the casette player into the line in for your PC.
Play the tape through some recording software (I use advanced MP3WMA recorder) and this will store the files on your hard drive, which can be copied to CD.
Consider downloading MP3s instead though, for better quality, you can either go the illegal way, its your choice, or there are very cheap ways to obtain legal MP3s.
You will need to connect your cassette deck to the audio input socket of your sound card (remember you will need an amplifier if the cassette deck doesn't have one built in) You will then need a program like Roxio Media Creator to rip the tracks from the tape to your hard drive and then on to CD. Such programs give you the opportunity of tidying up the tape - removing hiss etc.
