Backing up on a mac. Which HD should I get?

I am going to se superduper! to backup my internal 320 GB sata, but I figure it would probably be smart to also backup some of the stuff from my external 300 GB EIDE LaCie drive.

There seems to be very little discrepancy between 320 GB and 500 GB drives, so I figure I should just get a 500 GB, partition it, use SD to make a bootable copy of the 320, and then use the rest for saving certain movies or my picture collection.

Does this make sense?

If so, which 500 GB drive should I buy, and from where?

I was leaning toward this one:

although this one is cheaper:

Answers:
I would go with the Seagate. I buy most of my drives online and find a good vendor through
