Uninstall Windows and install Ubuntu?
Answers:
you have no need to install ubuntu to find out if it will find all your hardware.
(1) set up your bios to boot from the cd rom.
(2) insert the ubuntu cd in the drive,
(3) reboot the system and let the cd rom boot up the system
(4) click on install, it dose not install Ubuntu on to your hard drive, but installs through your memory.
(5) let it do it's setup.
(6) it will find all your hardware,
(7) once booted click on firefox to get on the net.
(8) you may need to setup your network card that is easy to do,
(9) play with ubuntu from the cd till you get used to it...
(10) use all the software on the cd. Games, Office, cd. dvd burning software, music, there is to much to mention.
