I have a NVIDIA® GeForce™ 6150 SE graphics but I want the best I can get what is it?

I just bought a new pc it has this grpahics card in it. 2 g ram and 500 hd and Vista. Almost all the games i've tried work fine on 800 x 600. But they start to lag the higher I go in resolution. I think this is due to the graphics card. I want to play them in the highest resolution possible so do you think i need more ram or a better graphics card? What is the best graphics card I can get? What is the cheapest one i can get that is better than the one I have? I really want the best one there is so i can play any game at high resolution so money isn't really an issue unless they are really really expensive.

Answer:
Well If you have the room in case and money is not to important then go with the nvidia 8800 series card thats the best you can get and for lower then that go with nvidia 7900 series a lot cheaper but you wont be able to play the newest direct x 10 games that come out in the summer/fall time both cards can be found on newegg or at best buy
yes it is the Graphics card that's causing the problem, but if you want it to run on a much higher resolution, it's the memory I think, but it's much more better to buy a New graphics card.
