Will not install by using installation disc in the past dongle connected to usb, tried connecting dongle first and using windows xp nouns wizard. manual contained by pdf format not working on installation disc. Anyone whom have installed this on XP help would be appreciated.

My son have a similar device on my PC, and it installed OK, this may be a shot in the dusk, but it could be your firewall blocking the install, so I would try and disable it then try again, remember to see it again. Good luck.
i had no problems, put the disc within the dirve and then plug within the usb dongle and it should auto install the drivers from the disc.

you may have a pirated copy of the software. walk back to supplier and bring to the fore concerns.
