URGENT which slot on intel 845G motherboard?
is it pci or agp (i mean for upgrading graphics card)

If it is the 845GVSR, it has no AGP slot, a short time ago 3xPCI slots.

Intel 845 G Chipset supports 4X AGP Slot.
So you need to buy a Graphic Card that supports 4X AGP
845G have AGP for sure.
PCI should also be there. Can't see the surrounded by the list though.

Open you suitcase and have a look.mine is a 915gav and i regard thats the first motherboard to get pci-e, i in recent times checked on intel it is agp...XFX GeForce 7600GT 256MB DDR3 Dual DVI HDTV 560Mhz 8xAGP is what you should get...its 220 dollars Aus on www.umart.com.au
