Whenever i plug my belkin f5d7050 into my windows xp machine it is never detected. it used to be detected and worked fine but i started my computer up the other day and it says that the device is not connected when it is. i have tried everything form reinstalling the usb adapter to reinstalling my usb controllers. i just cant find a solution. in device manager i get a code 10 error. HELP ME

you could try moving the connector to another slot, if that don't work uninstall belkin modem/router drivers, and hardware and reinstalling the drivers,, make sure the you don't have themodem/router plugged in when you install the driver, after it is installed then plug in the hardware.. windows should find it
If that don't work... find out the telephone number of belkin support line and phone them,,, they will walk you though the setup.
