About 50p each. Pulled memory is cheap - old pulled memory is worthless.

If you hang on to it for about 10years and then sell it - it will probably be worth a bundle to the right person (someone who is trying to resurrect an old machine that needs that type of memory)
Not a lot! keep hold, maybe you can find someone who needs it to repair an old PC its very small though

Nothing bin them 64mb is nothing plus their old 32bit modules were on 64bit technology now i just binned forteen sticks of 128 ram sticks because they are of no use.
