See the link for an Antec BK640B Micro BTX Mini-Tower Case. This is a full height case with a 380W PSU - £42.
IF yours is currently a pico or micro BTX board then you should be able to transfer everything into this box, except any existing half-height cards won't fit - BUT THE FULL HEIGHTs WILL!

Well personally I think any DX9 card is a waste of money, but if this is for a small living room system then an ATi HD2600 or NVidia 8600 will do you.
