Are DDR2 Graphics Cards (AGP Slot) compatible with just a standard DDR Memory motherboard?

I have an MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum nVIDIA® nForce3 Ultra Motherboard with an ATI Radeon 9250 card, with a few problems - and am looking to upgrade to an NVidia card, but it's memory type is DDR2 - Is it possible to use a DDR2 graphics card in a Standard DDR2 Motherboard?

Answer:
Yes, it is possible. The GPU memory speed is independant of the motherboard speed. Im using a ddr3 video card on a ddr1 mobo.
Alright as long as the card is AGP it will work in your computer. Ram speeds and configurations on the card will not matter.
