External hard drive that can be accessed by Internet?

I am looking for an external hard drive that does the backup, is secure (encrypted0 and can be accessed from internet. seagate claims that its "AgentFree Pro" falls into this category. is that correct. What other similar products are out in the market. which one has gotten better review?
