Will this graphic card fit to my computer ?
i have neither agp nor pci-e slots,but i have 3 pci slots. will that graphic card fit ? and that is a 128bit memory card and if my computer support only 64bit or under , what will happen ?

since u obviously did not read my answers to ur other question about this im going to say it again.
that card is very old and slow. go to newegg.com and get a half decent pci card. here is a list of cards u can get. that card, along with all other pci graphics cards, will work.

Its about time you buy a cheap computer. Try HP or Acer. It will cost you no more than $400 if you get a good deal!
Sure, it will fit and it will work. BUT do not expect awesome performance from that card. It is slow and outdated. The PCI bus is also slow for 3D graphics acceleration. It is no longer suitable for current games. Better upgrade to an 8x AGP or PCIe platform.
