How do I tell how much memory my pictures use? My file says 350 MB but my 2 GB memory stick can't hold them.

I bought a 2GB memory stick thinking I had more than enough space. However when I click on "properties" on the memory stick drive it says I am only using 30 or so MB. I am guessing the pictures use up a lot more space than the file states.

Answer:
go to my computer then click your usb stick, then select the folder with the pictures right click it and go to properties.
Like the person above mentioned, go to your USB, select the folder where your pics are stored, right click and select properties. It will tell you how big the files are.

Also remember, if you take the pictures from your camera, straight to your USB WITHOUT any optimization, the size are humongous. Pics not optimized are like 6 megs each! You can optimize them with photoshop or paint. Once optimized, a pic that was 6 megs can go as low as 50 kbs! Good luck~
Buy a new memory stick that can hold more memory. It is very hard to find memory sticks every now and then, just keep a good eye.
u have 2 look at the pictures and it is suppose 2 say it beside the picture
