I have a digital recorder...how do I install it on my computer?

I have an Olympus Digital recorder.I'm trying to install but it says I need a hardware for it to be installed...what hardware is needed?

Answer:
Plug in your digital recorder into your computer, Im assuming it came with a disc? If so, also pop that in so you can load the drivers. After loading the drivers you should be fine.
