Best AGP card on the market?

Currently have a 6600gt, plays games like doom3 and hl2 at a decent framerate, but more recent titles its starting to show its age. The 6800gt/ultra range looks a good bet, want something to last me for about another year before I embrace PCI-E. Any suggestions?

Answer:
Sapphire or HIS x1950 Pro 512mb AGP card.

I chose the HIS x1950 Pro 256mb ICEQ AGP for my personal machine.
ATI released a 1950 pro. I believe this is the best AGP card you can get. It is not too cheap though.
The new Radeon is 2900+ 1900 is discontinued
the gecube x1950xt is about as good as your going to get the extra clock speed and greater number of pixel pipelines and shaders are more valuable than 512 mb of ram if your monitor is 19 or fewer inches. How ever if you can afford to upgrade both your videocard and motherboard I would do that as Dx-10 games will be coming out eventually
