that page has some pretty good cards for pretty good prices. not as cheap as you can get but easily under 100 dollars and will perform very well.
What does it need to support? There's no point in getting a top end gaming card if you just want to run MS Office.
That depends what you consider cheap, and its bus type (PCI, AGP, PCIe).
Nvidia Geforce 8500-8600 GT they are cheap and top of the range.. in PCIX .
it really depends on the operating system which you have, if you got vista its better for you to buy a DirectX 10 graphics card, since it will never appear on XP. But It depends if you want to do some gaming. Myself i reccomend a 8600GT which supports direct X 10 and offers more than playable performance at lost planet. It is also quite cheap, £75 pounds or roughly 120 dollars or less.

If this is to expensive then go for the lower end 8500GT which will offer somewhat OK performance. Acutally Quake 4 ar 1680*1050 at high quality at 30 FPS. With no FSAA or FSAF enabled. Buit since you are loooking for a cheap graphics card then get the 8500GT at least. If you got XP you can still get it and it will be good but you won;t use the dirext X 10 capability, athough this might be a way to somewhat future proof your system giving it Direct X 10 capability when the day comes that you must upgrade to vista.

If you are definatly aint gonna upgrade get a powerful DX9 graphics card. X1950GT is priced at £75 which will offer great performance for very cheap price.

Also it depends on the interfact, if you have AGP buying a new graphics card will make your computer faster at games but the limit for AGP is reached. Athough it does boast a 2 GBPS no graphics card uses this fully and even if it did the 8GBPS is more than enough bandwidth for an graphics card. If its AGP invest in a pci express motherboard. its no use buying it now. it will become obsolite quickly.
