In single board computer we use on board user memory with the range of 512MB.I dont know the property of the on board user memory.Please let me know..

Hmmm, 512MB, you are probably talking about RAM.
RAM is a very fast temporary holding place for information to be quickly accessed without having to be read in from the very slow hard drive, which can hold a lot more information without losing it like RAM does when you shut the computer down.
