i dont have video.. controller
and my pc is sooooo Slowwwww!

i just installed my windows xp pro

before i install xp pro
was everything fine

Your memory is too low for an XP Pro. Upgrade to at least 512MB (or 512000KB). For your video controller, reinstall the driver of your video card.
Your only running at 1Hz? That must look like ****. But a nVidia card from Wal-Mart, that should solve your problems.
