i dont own video.. controller
and my pc is sooooo Slowwwww!

i simply installed my windows xp pro

until that time i install xp pro
was everything fine

Your memory is too low for an XP Pro. Upgrade to at lowest possible 512MB (or 512000KB). For your video controller, reinstall the driver of your video card.
Your only running at 1Hz? That must look close to ****. But a nVidia card from Wal-Mart, that should solve your problems.
