Video card Help?

I own A RADEOM 7000 series AGP (0x5159) video card i need to get hold of a higher 1 close to redeom 8500 series but how?

The card I listed for $90 is matching one the guy below listed for $200, solely it's a 256MB version instead of a 512MB. Though your PC probably doesn't enjoy 512MB RAM total...
