Does anyone know where i can buy a 2.0 USB hub and a pentium 3 500MHz processor i believe it is called?

what you really need is the usb 2.0. the speed of your computer shouldn't make a difference for loading music onto an mp3 player.
the 500mhz is the speed of a computer, and by today's standards that's pretty slow. so any computer should work just fine. its whether or not you have usb 2.0 that is the holdup it sounds like. you can go to system information and it should tell you exactly what you have on your computer hardware wise. go to start, control panel, performance and maintinence, system information.
you can buy a usb 2.0 card and put it in your computer. that will give you 4 usb 2.0 slots, but as far as the computer speed... once again i don't think that matters, its just what they recommend. sounds like a new computer is in store for you though.

I'm not sure your diagnosing this problem correctly unless you have a REALLY old computer. However, the answer to your questions is you can get a USB 2.0 Hub just about anywhere. The Pentium 3 500Mhz will be more challenging. The best place to find one of those is honestly Ebay because Pentium 3's are VERY old.
