i bought a microsoft webcam for $30 bucks and i only use it for 3 months and now its getting blurry. this one's tailored for MSN messenger use but will also work for other chat services like Yahoo. But can i have some brand names of webcams that are ok? and less than $30.

There is a ring around the lens, just twist it to focus the camera

I agree with the focus ring answer.
Also, make sure there are no finger prints or smudges on the lense. (or dust for that matter)
You might also want to make sure the room where the camera is is well lit.
