My wireless mouse isnt working,?
Answers:
Have you tried to uninstall the drivers and re-install the drivers? It could be a conflict on your PC so you should uninstall the drivers and then reinstall them
Instuctions to complete this procedure :
Start - Control panel - Add/Remove Programs - (click mouse software and uninstall) - reboot computer. Then when your computer reboots install the drivers
NOTE YOU SHOULD PLUG A CABLED MOUSE AFTER UNINSTALLING THE SOFTWARE
Did you press the 'connect' button after inserting the batteries?
try removing the bit u plug into ur pc?and restart it.my mouse plays up now and again ,i move it around, and restart ,seems to work then! good luck! x
wireless mouses , r not the very best thing , sure there practical but they dont last very long , i used to have one ...and i just gave up...maybe try sticking with old fashion non- wireless
Is there anything around that could be interfering with the signal? Like an RC car, or phone.
Did you plug it in?
The only thing I could think it would be is the batterys. Did you put new ones in fresh out of the packet? It could also be the signal quality is low? Your mouse might be too far away from the USB device.
It could be that the USB reciever is broken, this happenned to me, I had a cheap mouse and knocked the reciever one too many times and it stopped working.
something could be interfering with the signal or try just hitting the connect button on the bottom of the mouse
