you have to make a video make a simple 2 second video of a pic of you and in a few hours that will be your icon unless you already have videos then go to my videos and click edit there you can make it your icon

put your pic on a cd then insert into ur pc and then itll show u the pic, save it and then log in on utube and say change my profile pic and then choose ur pic wen they say browse and ur done!
