If you imply 512MB of RAM I'd start in a used computer store because any different computer is gonna have more than that for starters.
I own an old Win 98 computer that have 512 for cheap.
you can buy it at compusa or bestbuy. you can go to their webpages and check them . it depens what operative system wanna use, procesor and some other aspects to buy it. you can find them for nearly $350 or %450 even with 1 gb.
