Nothing wrong with XP. Your memory stick might freshly be old and not compatible beside Vista.

hey i have the same problem, dont listen to ppl that influence go put a bet on to xp. stick with vista, my flash drive wudn't work on xp but it wud on vista. im sorry to say-so this but ur gana have to burn those files on a cd, i know its a dissipate but theres nothing i can do.
