Overvlocking? Is this something you do to ram, or it does it itself?

Basically.. Someone said to me valueram is good, but it cant be overclocked...

Does he mean...1. You cant personally try and tweak the ram settings cuss its not made to handle that... or does he mean

2. When you run too many programs, it will overclock. ?

Also, i use my computer for graphics programs such as 3ds max and gaming etc... its a dell 9150 and i wanna get two1gb valuerams...

Overclocking is taking slower hardware and using it with faster settings that it is designed to handle. Running too many programs will not cause something to overclock.
