I just got a removable flashdrive...?
Answers:
Not that much.. You can go to Fry's and pick up a 2 GB stick for under $25. At Newegg.com you can get a 4 GB for $30
Welllllll depends what you usually use it for...
I usually just transfer my college work as double safety. So its enough for me.
But 1-2 GB ones ae common here in Hong Kong.. and only cost around 160 HK$ to 280 HK$
Note: im talking in HK$ (1 USD = 7.8HKD)
It's actually not so much. However, it depends on what you use it for. If it is for word documents and a few pictures you are just fine. I would say standard now-a-days is between 512MB-1GB flash drives.
If all you're doing is moving documents and small files around, it will be OK. If you want to store music or video files or applications, you will be out of space quickly.
Well that is more than 100 floppy disks but it is not really that much these days. Over this passed weekend, I seen 4GB (4096MB) drives for $40. 8GB for $90.
I remember buying my 512MB drive for $99 and within 3 weeks, there was a 1GB for $99. These things just keep getting bigger and cheaper.
If 128MB meets your needs, it is big enough.
it's suitable for MS Office requirements, but very small for multimedia files. flash media are very inexpensive nowadays.
MAKE SURE that you have a back-up of your thumb drive's contents. they're not always dependable storage. some are very sensitive to electrical surges/viruses/spyware/malware... and damage easily.
No! It's very few. You should get a 2 GB one or a 4GB. And that's much. If you want a loooooooooooooooot, get 16gb one
well is depend what u want to safe in there like pic or your doument is on u but i say if is for school then is not enough space...
